Individual Therapy:

Insurance: I am a provider for most Premera and LifeWise insurance plans. If you are covered under one of these plans, I will confirm I am in-network with your plan prior to our first session.

For all other insurance plans: I am an out-of-network provider for individual therapy and can provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to inquire about the out-of-network benefits on your plan.
