Individual Therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and integrative. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s guided by your goals and unfolds at your pace. Together, we’ll identify what’s most important for you right now and use that as the foundation for our work.

I draw from several evidence-based, person-centered modalities to offer the support that is best suited to you and your needs:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): We explore your inner landscape to understand and bring healing to different parts of you, fostering balance and self-leadership.

  • Narrative Therapy: We examine the stories that have shaped your sense of self and uncover new, more empowering narratives that reflect your values and strengths.

  • Mindfulness & Somatic Practices: We integrate body-based awareness and mindfulness to build emotional regulation, deepen insight, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

I can be a good fit for those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, attachment wounds, as well as those feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself or others.

“Nobody else has access to the world you carry within yourself; you are its custodian and entrance.”
